SCHOR: KATZ-SPA-RING - 6 Hour Enduro Results...

The SCHOR 6 Hour Super Stock Team Enduro on the World Famous "Katz-Spa-Ring" was a rousing success! We had a total of 18 racers divided into 4 Teams, and we raced four 90 minute segments. The Viper V1 cars were fast, reliable, and handled great for the entire race. The racing was fast and close for much of the race with several lead changes and a close fight for third place near the end.  Brad told us that this was the fastest race ever run on the Katz-Spa-Ring and that the track record for one lap is now *8.349 secs.

And considering the high level of craftsmanship, realism, and detail, it is arguably the 

"GREATEST HO SLOT CAR TRACK IN THE WORLD".

SCHOR 2013 TEAM ENDURO

SCHOR's annual 4 hour TEAM ENDURO at Eric Roos' place was a really great event! We had a very nice turn out that even included a couple of "Wild and Crazy guys" from the old-SCHOR days. Everybody had a really good time and the racing was top notch and amazingly close. We used quailifying to determine teams, and then handed out the "Gary Beedle prepped" and Jim Williams painted G3Rs and started racing. After 4 full hours of racing only 6 laps separated 1st and 2nd place. The real stars of the show were the BSRT 901 cars due to their incredible performance and reliability.

 California Classic Reunion Enduro

If you were there then you know what a great day of racing, food, and fun we had. If you missed it, then there's always next year, because this race was so good, and so much fun that we're hoping to make it an annual SCHOR summer event.

Jim Williams really out did himself this time

and he raced in the Enduro on Team Mixed Nuts.
